Refund Policy

Completed Services

Once a service has been performed, it is considered delivered and is non-refundable.

Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 20% of the service booked.

  • In cases of genuine emergency, this fee may be waived at our discretion.

Gift Cards & Packages

Non-refundable and non transferrable. Expires after 1 year from date of purchase.

Discretion

We reserve the right to review refund requests individually, but refunds are not guaranteed.
