If you arrive late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment so as not to impact other clients. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your session may be considered a no-show.

Yes, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may incur the full service charge.
